According to Education Minister Douglas Syakalima, Zambia is gaining recognition as a regional hub for tertiary education, attracting students especially from Southern African countries. Speaking at the Southern African Quality Assurance Network conference, Mr Syakalima pointed to Zambia’s central location and openness to private investment in education as key advantages.
This development promises increased student flows, educational diversity and potential for research growth in the country.
